Salop Leisure, in Shropshire, already offer the whole package, with caravan and motorhome sales, accessory shop, coffee shop, storage and Love2Stay. What else could they offer to their customers?
Last week, Salop Leisure made the exciting announcement that they had partnered with Hatfields Jaguar Land Rover Dealership, situated just opposite their site on the A5.
Guild Secretary, Karina Ingham, visited Salop Leisure to speak to Ed Glover, Manager, to discover more about the partnership.
Ed Glover enthusiastically explained that the partnership with Hatfields would enable them to offer their customers an even higher level of service. Hatfields have supplied Salop Leisure with a new Land Rover Defender 110 demonstrator. This is available to view at Salop Leisure. When customers are shopping for a caravan, Salop Leisure can provide them with the opportunity to consider a new tow car at the same time.
Customers aren’t limited to the Defender, Hatfields can supply all models of Land Rover and Jaguar.
Not only does the partnership make the car and caravan buying process easier, Ed Glover highlighted there is vehicle discount available to buyers too. Customers can receive a discount of up to 21.5% depending on the vehicle model.
Karina took the opportunity to review the new Defender 110 HSE. Salop Leisure kindly supplied a Swift Group caravan for the purpose of the tow car test. The full review can be found here.
Salop Leisure are certainly thinking about the customer experience they offer. They have enjoyed a strong relationship with the Swift Group and this will continue.
Going forward, to provide a wider choice to their customers, Ed Glover he was pleased to announce that they have become a Coachman Caravans dealer.
The introduction of Coachman Caravans will allow them to reach a broader customer base and compliment their ongoing relationship with the Swift Group.
It was good to hear positivity from Salop Leisure about their future. The Caravan Writers’ Guild wishes them success with their new ventures.
